I am a witch, a warrioress, and a steward of life. I am a Power + Pleasure coach, a combat martial arts instructor, and an embodied energetics + parts work facilitator. My mission is to guide wombyn to remember their magick, reclaim their pleasure, and unleash their power, so they can become the fiercely feminine heroine of their own story.

2019-2022 was a time of massive change, endings, and awakening for me...as it was for so many people. And although the shifts had begun a few years before that, it was during these years that my entire reality and the trajectory of my life literally jumped timelines...and then jumped again... and then again...

It was during this time that I was introduced to parts work by one of my teachers, and I immediately fell in love and awe with the magick and medicine of this technique! 

My 1st guided parts work meditation occurred unexpectedly while I was embracing nomadic living and found myself at a Circus Arts residency, on an island in the middle of Nicaragua.  In the meditation, I was brought back to a memory from my early adolescence when our beloved dog died in front of me in an unexpectedly sudden and traumatic way. 

Amongst other realizations, talking to this version of myself helped me understand the amount of guilt and shame I was holding about how I had frozen and felt helpless, and failed to save him.  This contributed to my fear of failure and my strong need to always be in control of things. It also contributed to me taking on the role of protector, which in its healthy version, is a role I  still feel deeply aligned with and am grateful to embody to the best of my ability.

During my 2nd guided Parts Work meditation, I found a 4 year old version of my inner-child, who I had unknowingly locked away and hidden deep in my subconscious.  Creativity, joy, innocence, and magick were literally (visually) pouring out of and spiraling around her, and upon seeing me, she ran right to me, grinning, and jumped into my arms.  She could have been scared of me or angry that I'd left her there, but instead she just said "I'm so glad you came back to find me!" 

Having her merge with me (integrating that fractured part of my psyche) was deeply healing, and my gratitude for being reunited with her still brings tears to my eyes.

There are so many more experiences I could share, but suffice it to say, Parts Work has been one of the most potent medicines for me as I continue to integrate, grow, and expand myself along this wild and epic journey as a human being on Planet Earth.  And I would be truly delighted to share the gift of Parts Work with you!

What Makes My Approach Unique?

As a coach, my general energy and vibe is grounding and heart-anchored, which I’ve been told makes people trust and feel safe with me (and that always makes me so happy to hear!).

However, what makes me UNIQUE is that I am an archetypal shape-shifter guide. The 3 feminine archetypes I may shape-shift between during our journey together are the warrioress, the witch-priestess, and the inner-child.

What does this even mean, you ask? Well, essentially, it shapes how I guide our time together in two ways:

The first is that I will share some exercises or practices with you, before going into the guided parts work meditations, to create our container (ex: energetically cleansing the space, casting a magic circle, etc) and to help prepare your body and nervous system (ex: qigong, breathwork, etc).

The second way is for me to be present with you in your subconscious “scenarios” or memories during the guided parts work meditations.

In our journeys together into your subconscious and inner realms, we may come across memories or parts of yourself that you find challenging or even overwhelming to be present with.

I want to emphasize that my intention is to be your guide and anchor, while letting YOU, as the hero(ine), “face your own shadows”, so to speak, because it is important for you to develop complete self-trust in yourself so that you are not dependent on me (or anyone else). So I will never insert myself into your subconscious “scenarios” or memories without your explicit consent or direct request.…

But / and while you are still growing your self-trust and inner-authority, if at any point you feel you would like my active support, you can request the version of me that you feel would be most helpful—the Warrioress, the Witch-Priestess, or my own inner-child—and I will gladly be there with you for as long as you need me.

As the warrioress avatar, my presence can offer you a sense of “physical” protection and safety, and invite courage.  As the witch-priestess avatar, I can guide you to harness the power of prayer, or how to perform a ritual or spell for energetic protection, cleansing, cord cutting + transmuting, healing, etc.  And as my inner-child avatar, I can be a companion for your  inner-child and teach you magickal spells from Harry Potter, which can actually be quite effective when used within the magickal construct of your subconscious mind!

It takes courage and perseverance to journey into your inner realms and to keep returning there, but that is the path of the hero(ine).  While you will face challenges and loss along the way, you will also find immense beauty, joy and magick. 

There is a felt sense of power and pleasure that comes with the ability to confidently navigate your inner world, to feel and know you are sovereign from within...

And when you become the loving, firm, and trustworthy leader of your inner queendom, your outer queendom will begin to reflect that.  

As within.  So without.

May it be so.  And so it is.
